A Little About The Position
With the freedom and flexibility of working outdoors, our motivated Inventory and Production Team has an opening for an Inventory Assistant. As Inventory Assistant you will be working alongside the Inventory Controller reviewing crops for quality and accuracy. During peak season, you will be working with shipping and production crews when required. As this is the beginning stage of our product, the Inventory Team takes great pride in their work to ensure top quality product is grown and all daily tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner. This position seeks accomplishment-driven individuals who appreciate being physically active in a wide range of natural elements while increasing your love and knowledge of plants!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Inventory Controller with daily tasks and data entry
- Monitor crops for accuracy and quality
- Assist with receiving and grading plant orders
- Work closely with the Production, Sales and Shipping Teams
- Photograph plants and crops as requested
Skills
- Interest and or knowledge in the wonderful world of plants
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft, Google Drive/Docs and data entry
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and great attention to detail
- Self-driven, organized and team oriented
- Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills
- Comprehensive math skills
Working Conditions
- Regular season working hours are 8:00am- 4:30pm
- A regular Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekends/evenings
- during the peak season
- Seasonal exposure to weather including hot, cold, windy and/or wet
- During extreme weather events of summer and winter, such as heat
or smoke, snow or extreme cold, hours are reduced and or earlier start timesare implemented to protect employees from these harsh elements.policies in place at MYPBenefits

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
