YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst in USA. Your mission will be to:

* Customer EDI support, program improvement and maintenance.
* Day to day resource for all sales related info, including but not limited to: Customer Data Errors, sales metrics, and commercial tools.
* EDI Management:
Oversee and manage the entire EDI process for customers, ensuring data flows efficiently between internal systems and external systems.
Coordinate EDI transactions, including order processing, invoices, and shipping notices, with external partners.
Troubleshoot EDI-related issues and ensure swift resolution to minimize business disruptions.
* Customer Data Integration & Accuracy:
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all customer-related data within internal systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, IT, and customer service teams) to ensure the accurate integration of customer data into commercial processes.
* System Optimization:
Regularly assess and recommend improvements to EDI systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and test system updates, ensuring all customer data interfaces remain seamless.
* Collaboration with Commercial Teams:
Partner with commercial teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer data insights are accurately reflected in marketing strategies and sales forecasting.
Provide support and training to internal teams on the use of customer data systems and tools.
* Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and analyze reports on customer data, EDI transaction performance, and trends to support decision-making in the commercial department.
Present findings to senior leadership to support business strategies.
* Compliance & Security:
Ensure customer data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection regulations and company policies.
Monitor and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive customer information.
* Sales Training material development based on feedback from Sales and Sales Enablement management designed to concisely and simply define key current for all existing and new processes or functions.
* Provide administrative support as needed to off-site sales personnel in U.S. and Canada.
* Other related duties as assigned.
* At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner.

YOUR PROFILE

* A thorough knowledge of computer programs (Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.), and Internet search engines. Understanding of Salesforce, JDE Business ERP System as well as LIMS, and the interfacing between them is required to be able to complete needed job functions. Position needs to learn and establish proficiency with our current CRM system, and any future upgrades to the system or new system to be able to create reports, dashboard, etc, and aid the sales force implementation as it relates to JDE, LIMS, and commercial needs. Strong spelling, grammar, punctuation, and general written and verbal communication skills are needed to communicate and correspond effectively with internal and external customers. High attention to detail is necessary. Developed planning and organizational skills are essential for accomplishing tasks within set time constraints. The position must be able to set deadlines for others, including management positions, and have the perseverance to obtain needed information if deadlines have passed. Resourcefulness is often necessary to complete special projects and to find solutions to unusual situations. Previous administrative support experience supporting multiple staff is necessary to perform effectively in this position. The complexity of the position is directly related to the development of training materials, processes, and programs designed to enhance the ability of the sales team to spend time in the field versus administrative tasks. Working to develop tools, reports, and work instructions that can minimize repetitive actions and activities will be key to success in the position and for the larger commercial team.
* This position receives general guidance from the Commercial Manager or Sales Enablement Manager. The incumbent establishes specific daily goals, with very little, if any, review of work before it is completed and distributed. Work assignments come from various sources. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Customer EDIs, management of Customer Data and interfacing. The position will also make recommendations and suggestions regarding new sales tools and training designed to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.

* Building and nurturing relationships with customers by ensuring their data and EDI requirements are met effectively.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
* The incumbent works in an administrative office with proper lighting and temperature control.
* This position requires extensive use of a computer to complete daily tasks and requires physical dexterity to effectively manipulate a keyboard. The incumbent can expect to spend extended time in a sitting position.
Travel
* Minimal travel (20%) mostly to Corporate Office for internal departmental meetings as needed.

Compensation Range:
$75,000 - $110,000
