Merison's Home Furnishings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team to accomplish the daily warehouse and delivery duties. Responsibilities:
- Run day to day delivery and warehouse operations in the most efficient manner possible, leading the delivery and warehouse team in daily activities (i.e., load/unload trucks, perform and reconcile inventory, and assist the Sales Consultants as required).
- Moniter, schedule and service sold goods.
- Communicate with customers regarding service on sold goods when needed.
- Effectively communicate with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service.
- Maintain current customer base by providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure adherence to governmental company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and inventory accuracy.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy items upstairs, through doorways, and tight spaces (100 lbs)
- Basic math skills required.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have clear MVR
- Must have valid Driver’s License with Class F Endorsement.
