Summary :
The candidate has experience identifying and documenting requirements from end users and stakeholders. The candidate is able to translate end user requirements for the technical teams. The Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between the end user team and the technical team developing the application.
Intermediate Business Analyst Qualifications :
The Intermediate Business Analyst shall have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with five (5) years or more of business analyst experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has eight (8) or more years of experience.
- Five (5) years or more experience to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
