Banks, New Office Buildings, New Hotels, Hotel Renovations, Restaurants, Bars / Lounges, Parking Garages, Medical Facilities, Museums, High End Residential Projects, Theaters, Educational Institutions, Retail
Preferred Experience
Planning and executing electrical engineering tasks and contributing to a full range of electrical design activities.
Code analysis, site surveys for designing power plans, lighting plans, and fire alarm plans.
Power density calculations.
Lighting calculations and design.
Developing drawing and specification documents
BIM Manager
Assign MEP engineers project assignments
Review engineering design drawings and specifications prior to submission deadlines.
Coordinate with vendors and installation contractors for feasibility and pricing verification of proposed project modifications.
Provide engineering guidance throughout design, construction, project commissioning and operations.
