Project Manager/Salesman Position
In this position you will be responsible for overseeing daily completion of various projects by multiple crews. Working in conjunction with the field Operations Manager, you will work as a team to coordinate, supervise, and implement an overall plan for profitable project completion.

In this position you will be responsible for overseeing daily completion of various projects by multiple crews. Working in conjunction with the field Operations Manager, you will work as a team to coordinate, supervise, and implement an overall plan for profitable project completion.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to read blueprints, scope of work details, setup and stake projects.
- Responsible for execution of the operational plans to ensure project success.
- Ability to order supplies and materials efficiently to complete projects.
- Collaborate with scheduling and production crews to coordinate project start/completion.
- Oversee project completion by planning, directing, and coordinating activities
- Performs site visits to all ongoing projects to monitor progress.
- Ability to adapt to changing project conditions, weather, site conditions, delays.
- Enforce all OSHA , and company safety practices and procedures.
- Accurately record all material usage and compare to projected estimates to ensure project profitability. Submit requested reports in a timely fashion.
- Meet with production crews to develop and implement a plan to successfully complete the project within contract parameters.
- Meet subcontractors or other vendors onsite to review progress of work.
Requirements
- While a college degree is not required, 1 year of Project Management/Sales is essential.
- A valid Wisconsin Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of Asphalt Industry materials, methods, equipment.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, project sales staff, production crews, subcontractors, vendors.
- Ability to manage own time, and the time of others. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work long hours as needed (including some Saturdays)
- Maintain a respectful and positive attitude.
