Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise service staff, participate in opening or closing responsibilities and ensure excellent customer service in a private golf club environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff
- Train and mentor employees on service procedures and policies
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
- Participate in monthly inventory
- Handle member and guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with Club standards and procedures
- Assist with Dining Room billing
- Provide feedback as necessary to service staff
Requirements
- Excellent and effective communication skills when interacting with Club members and their guests along with other team members
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Prior experience as a supervisor in a food & beverage setting is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
