Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UAT Test Lead to manage and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex Order to Cash workflows within the Telecom / Satcom domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Order Management, Billing, Tax, Invoicing, and Payment processes and will ensure that the end-to-end system meets business requirements and delivers a seamless experience to end users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all aspects of the UAT lifecycle for Order to Cash workflows, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Develop comprehensive UAT plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure complete coverage of business processes.
- Coordinate and manage UAT activities with stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and sign-off.
- Identify and log defects, work closely with the development team for resolution, and ensure retesting is completed.
- Provide clear and concise status updates, test metrics, and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate UAT sign-off meetings and ensure all acceptance criteria are met before deployment.
- Continuously improve UAT processes and best practices.
- Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead, particularly in Order to Cash workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of the Telecom / Satcom domain.
- Strong expertise in Order Management, Billing, Tax, Invoicing, and Payment processes.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with automation tools to support UAT.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the Telecom / Satcom industry.
