Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion.
- Manage all projects in a manner that exceeds the expectations of our customers and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA-Mandated requirements.
- Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
- Oversee pre-construction meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field
- Collaborate with pre-fabrication and design departments
- Set clear goals and expectations to foreman
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
- Estimate projects and change orders when necessary
- Manage submittal process and all job closeout procedures
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas of future improvement
- Provide coaching/counseling to foreman
- Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical project manager running large scale electrical projects.
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and schematics.
- Electrical license preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have verifiable work experience and be willing to travel.
- Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with Accubid Pro and Live Count estimating preferred but not mandatory.
- High standard of integrity and professionalism.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Highly detailed and accurate.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
