As a Respiratory Therapist, at Merit Health Madison, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best-providing quality care to our patients!
Requirements:
- An Associate's degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program is required.
- A credential of Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- A Respiratory Therapist License issued by the state of Mississippi.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are a requirement. (NRP and PALS within 90 days of hire.)
- Experience in Ventilators, High Flow O2 and BiPAP is a must.
- Cerner charting experience is a plus.

Must possess a positive attitude and good time management skills.
About the Job:
- We are looking for a therapist that has experience working alone at times or is confident enough to do so when asked to. We have a 67 bed facility including : ICU, ER, Med Surg. (No L&D services)
- Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.
- PRN (as needed)
