About the Job:
- The Director of Care Management provides overall management and strategic leadership of the Resources Management Services Program throughout the facility and affiliated service lines.
- Representing Resource & Care Management Services, the Director is responsible for facility-wide oversight of the compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Care Management Services, budgetary duties and fiscal performance of the Resource & Care Management Program, leadership of Resource Management Department team members, resource development and implementation, and measurement, reporting and audit of Care Management Services Performance Metrics.
- Reporting to the Facility Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Care Management Services develops internal and external growth initiatives in coordination with the facility's strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of progressive, clinical Resource/Care Management Services experience is required.
- Associate's degree in nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly preferred.
- Supervisory and/or management experience is strongly preferred.
- Maintain current state clinical licensure and/or certifications relevant to position (e.g. RN state licensure).
