Warehouse Receiver

Merit Logistics is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team! This position's hours are 1st shift: 7 am- 3:30 pm. This full-time position is responsible for receiving assigned shipments on time. Receiving includes unloading, verifying and inspecting items to ensure correct quantity and item condition.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Reliably commute to and from the facility
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to lift 5lbs. to 50lbs throughout a shift as needed
• Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn
• Previous forklift experience

Preferred: previous warehouse experience, knowledge of the RF Scanner

Responsibilities:

• Unload, verify and Inspect each item received to ensure the correct quantity and product condition
• Effectivily record details of the received shipment
• Assisting other associates with other job duties as needed
• Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
