J. Downend Landscaping is seeking a highly motivated and people-focused professional to join our growing Crum Lynne, PA business as a Branch Administrator.

We serve the area’s premier commercial properties and communities. For years, J. Downend Landscaping has worked to beautify the landscape in the southeast Pennsylvania region. The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As the Branch Administrator, you’ll perform the following duties:
- General Office Management
- Accounts Receivable (receiving payments, customer collection, etc.)
- Accounts Payable (GL coding, Vendor management, etc.)
- Procurement and Contract Administration
- Human Resources assistance functions such as Personnel Administration.
- Client Relations (answering the phone, communicating with customers and supervisors within RLC)
- Other related duties assigned by the General Manager.

- 3 years' relevant experience managing office duties, or a combination of education and experience
- Bilingual is preferred, but not necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational and follow-up skills, to assure all responsibilities are consistently and efficiently met in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily duties with limited supervision and direction.
- Ability to problem solve, make sound decisions on routine matters, and seek guidance from supervisor when needed.
- Driven to meet goals of position, team and company, by working independently and as an effective team member.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to project professionalism and courtesy even in difficult situations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing priorities.
