Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Branch Administrator Assistant to support our branch administrator in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read and speak both languages fluently. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administration, including maintaining records, filing, and data entry.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, such as processing invoices and payments.
- Setting up vendor profiles as needed.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding, personnel records, and safety documentation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Branch Administrator or Branch Manager.
- 1yr of experience preferred but not required.
- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (both reading and speaking).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
