Merit Logistics has up to 4 full time, permanent, Warehouse Associate positions in Romulus, MI. The position is located inside the Kroger Distribution Warehouse, as a Merit Logistics Employee (3rd Party Logistics).

Starting Pay is $17.00/hr. This includes an average hourly incentive bonus based on productivity performance. Potential to make more via team wide incentive based bonuses.
Paid weekly on Friday!
Shift Availability:
1st Shift: 4:30AM~2:00PM (start on time, work til finish every day, early or late)
Qualifications:
- Punctual and Reliable
- Works with a positive attitude
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work (location below)
- Looking for team orientated, hard working individuals
- Open to change and can work in a fast paced environment both as a team and independently
- Warehouse experience is required
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Unload and process/breakdown warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, sort).
- Must be able to lift from 5lbs. to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work a full shift in the freezer (~15 degrees Fahrenheit) or dry section
- Keep a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Romulus, MI 48174: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
