We are Merit Logistics, a 3rd party logistics company. We are looking to hire 1 full time, permanent, Warehouse Clerk. This position is located inside the Kroger Distribution Warehouse in Delaware, OH.

Starting Pay is $17.00/hr. This includes an average hourly incentive bonus based on team productivity performance; max incentive is an additional $4/hr per weekly period.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5:30AM~3:30PM (always work until finished, early or late)
Qualifications:
- Computer Literacy (data entry experience a must)
- A positive attitude is always required
- Looking for team orientated and hard working individuals
- Open to change and can work in a fast paced environment both as a team and independently
- Warehouse experience is not required but is a plus
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into Google Sheets and propriety software to accurately track unloading services
- Interact with truck operators to provide information and documents regarding receipt of unloading services
- Keep a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
