Support Staff Coordinator
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager. This position will liaise and maintain strong, effective communications with external and internal members, and various organizations. This role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills in a fast paced and high energy environment. It is essential that The Support Staff Coordinator be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm. establish and maintain effective relationships with persons contacted at work, and communicate with our Support Staff, our clients, their family members, and the general public.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Operations support to ensure efficient operation of the offices.
- Reporting directly to the Operations manager and fulfilling their duties in their absence.
- Assisting Operations in day to day activities including the coordination and management of Support Staff schedules.
- Provide Support staff training to all new and established Support Staff.
- Support Staff Backup – must be flexible to cover Support staff at all office sites when Support staff is out on sick leave.
- Monitor Support Staff performance and submit monthly report to Operations Manager.
- Urine Drug Screens - perform urinalysis in various accounts, Enter Drug Court/DUI court client attendance. DCYF- send client requisitions to Billing Department and UA Coordinator at end of month.
- Responsible for organizing promotional material and containers for all presentations and health fair events.
- Forward all afterhour messages to counselors via email.
- Purchase and schedule bus transportation for clients.
- Assist Operations Manager with all celebratory events.
- Other duties as delegated by Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years' experience as an administrative assistant and human resources. A BA in Business Administration or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of all Microsoft Software for Windows recommended. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Applicants must have no history of misuse of alcohol or other drugs for a period of three (3) years immediately prior to employment and no misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed. Has not committed, permitted, aided or abetted the commission of an illegal act or unprofessional conduct as defined under RCW 18.130.180.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $55,906.92 per year
