As a Compliance Project Manager, you will be responsible for estimating and managing construction jobs valued at $50,000-$1 million . You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement business infrastructure and operations built around industry best practices.
- Oversee projects to ensure that work is done according to specifications and project timelines.
- Work with Merit Estimators to plan and execute the construction of residential and commercial structures.
- Identify and manage resources, assigning as necessary.
- Provide detailed quality control through frequent project site visits.
- Meet project deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimize Merit's exposure to risk on projects.
- Manage budgets and track project expenses.
- Understand, interpret, and relay building plans.
- Manage inspections process to ensure compliance with local/national codes and other building details.
- Responsible for invoicing and collection of funds as per contract.
- Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.
