Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute an annual division marketing plan.
- Collaborate with division leadership and Regional Marketing Director to identify marketing opportunities and goals.
- Design and implement quarterly and monthly marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic and support sales efforts.
- Work with sales leadership and community teams to develop targeted marketing tactics.
- Maximize division's brand awareness and perception with key targets.
