What You’ll Do

As a marketing specialist at Meritech, you will:

• Manage demand generation campaigns for the marketing department, driving brand awareness to bring in high-quality MQLs
• Produce content, including but not limited to: website pages, blog posts, print ads, sales one-sheeters, videos, social posts and email copy - consistent with Meritech’s brand voice, style, and tone for campaigns and marketing projects
• Direct all aspects of virtual and in-person events like webinars and trade shows, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow up.
• Manage and optimize social media and paid advertising efforts including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as well as digital and print ads in industry publications.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the marketing department and company.
  
  

What You Offer Us

As a marketing specialist at Meritech, you will:

• Ready to grow their marketing skills in an agile team environment
• AS or BS in Marketing or related field with 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Highly responsible who we can trust to effectively manage an advertising budget to achieve KPI goals and improve ROI from marketing efforts.
• Has excellent organization and project management skills to manage their time to meet deadlines of multiple long-term projects/campaigns
• Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office, Canva, Macintosh operating systems and Adobe Suite.
• Experienced with marketing and advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising and HubSpot for content publishing and reporting.
• Experienced in creating different content forms, such as website landing pages, blog posts, one-sheeters, videos (filming and editing) whitepapers, and email.
• Has basic graphic design skills – able to use Canva and/or Adobe Suite to create social graphics, display ads and print ads.

• Salary based on experience and skills: $70,000 – 85,000
