Building & Grounds Maintenance Laborer
First Shift - $15 to $17.50 Per Hour
Construction Laborer :
To perform Light Maintenance on Occupied and Vacant Commercial Building in the Downtown Detroit Area near the Motor City Casino and Little Caesars Arena.
Candidate should have experience in the Maintenance and Repair of Commercial Buildings.
The ideal candidate is one that has worked at a Multi-Tennant Commercial Building, an Apartment Complex or for a Property Management Company.
Applicant should be experienced in :
Janitor / Custodian
Cleaning (Dusting, Sweeping, Mopping, Waxing and Trash Removal)
Painting (Interior & Exterior)
Caulking (Interior & Exterior)
Boarding-up Windows and Doors
Landscaping (Mowing, Weed Whipping, Debris Blowing & Disposal)
Snow Removal (Snow Throwing, Shoveling and Salt Spreading)
General Construction Labor
Picking-up Garbage and Disposing it into Dumpsters
Wage :
To $17.50 / Hour, if Experienced (Must Have a MDL & Own Car a7 Insurance)
15 Per Hour, if NO MDL and Entry Level.
Being a Resident of Detroit is a Big Bonus!
Shift / Schedule :
Typical is Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 4 PM
On-Call, especially in the Winter for Snow Removal.
PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) :
Provided, but Candidate Must have own Steel Toed Safety Boots / Shoes
Driver, General Labor, Building and Grounds Maintenance and Repair, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Janitorial, Custodial
Salary : $15 - $18
