Machine Operator, CNC Mill, Lathe & Stamping Press
1st & 2nd Shift - Westland - Up to $20 an hour
CNC Lathe and / or Mill Operator experience is Required.
Must also be Proficient at Checking Parts, using Micrometers and / or Calipers.
Sheet Metal Stamping Press Operator experience is a Big Plus, but will train the right individual.
Experience Operating the following :
Fadel and Haas CNC Mills
Haas, Okuma, Miyano and Hwacheon CNC Lathes is a Big Plus.
Fanuc and Samsung Controls Experience is also a Big Plus.
Requires a minimum of 1-Year Experience as a CNC Mill and Lathe Operator to get an $18 Per Hour Wage Rate.
Should be able to read Blueprints well enough to perform Quality Control Checks of his / her own parts.
Should have good Shop Math Skills.
Will Be Required To Perform the following, (But Not Limited To) :
Load Parts
Cycle the CNC Mill and Lathe Machining Centers
Unload Parts
Perform required Quality Control Checking of Parts.
Ability to perform Tooling Changes and Lite Machine Set-up is a Big Plus.
Experience with any of the following Mechanical Stamping Press Machines and Hydraulic Stamping Press Machines is a Big Pluss :
- Clearing 250 Ton
- Cleveland 250 Ton
- Bliss 60 Ton
- Minster 60 Ton
- Warco 135 Ton
Hydraulic Stamping Press Examples :
Requires prolonged standing.
Safety Shoes / Boots and Safety Glasses are required.
This is a 6-Month "Temp-To-Hire" Assignment.
Shift Schedules and Hours : First Shift : Monday through Friday : 7 AM to 5 : 30 AM, as required and directed.Saturdays : 7 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 or 1 PM, as required and directed.Sundays : Only as required and directed.
Second Shift :
Monday through Friday : 5 : 30 PM to 4 or 5 AM, as required and directed.Saturdays : Only as required and directed.Sundays : Only as required and directed.
