Flexible To Work All Shifts - $28 to $30 Per Hour

Job Description :

• Pump Maintenance : 1" - 3" progressive cavity, diaphragm, & gear styles. Packing replacement & mechanical seal maintenance.
• Mixer Maintenance : shaft bearing, seals, glands, & packing replacement.
• Motor & Drive maintenance : Drive belt & chain replacement. coupler repair. gearbox reducer remove & disassemble. Motor plate adjustment
• Pneumatically actuated valve repair. Ball, gate, & butterfly styles
• Ability to install, cut, & thread pipe.
• Basic HVAC understating
• Basic electrical & wiring understanding
• Basic Air compressor understanding
• Basic water chiller understanding
• Basic Vacuum pump repair
• Basic home / office & maintenance
• Some welding skill
• Fork lift certification
• Valid Drivers License
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Experience in paint shops or other chemical plants
• scale & load cell install & repair experience
• PLC & sensor install & repair experience
• hydraulic repair experience
• overhead door repair

Will Start on First Shift, But A Flexible Schedule and Hours Is Required :

Monday through Friday, Frequent Saturdays Sundays.

1st Shift :    6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday

2nd Shift :   2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday

3rd Shift :    10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday thru Thursday

This is a "Temp-To-Hire Position" after 90-Days in a Union Shop.
