Job Title: Information Technology Intern
Location: Shared Services Office, Irving, TX

The internship program will begin at the end of May, and end in August. End date can be altered based on the intern's school schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist in System Configuration:
- Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into system settings
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct testing (unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing) to validate system functionality
- Document test results and assist in resolving any issues
- User Training and Support:
- Assist in creating user manuals and training materials
- Provide end-user support during the implementation phase
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, including process flows, configuration details, and change logs
- Generate reports and analyze data within Dynamics 365
Qualifications
- Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related degree
- Anticipated graduation date within two years of internship
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.
