Requirements:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience as a Business Analyst (5 years);
- Experience as a BA in large scale software projects;
- Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN);
- Experience with meeting facilitation;
- Experience with business analysis and requirements documentation;
- Experience in designing quality test processes to identify defects;
- Experience in using JIRA to document defects and monitor resolution;
- Experience performing differing test methodologies in IT projects to find defects;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related IT fields.
- Experience with MS-Project and MS-Visio;
- Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA);
- Certificate of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA);
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP);
- Certificate in Business Data Analytics;
- Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification;
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Facilitating work sessions with the SME’s to learn how the PALM changes impact the FDLE accounting systems and current processes to determine, with the project team, the best method(s) to achieve those processes with the PALM changes;
- Documenting business processes and business requirements;
- Analyzing business requirements to help define and design solutions to meet the requirements;
- Creating the requirements traceability matrix to map requirements to test cases;
- Documenting the use cases and test cases;
- Performing various methods of testing to ensure minimal defects will be encountered by the business customers;
- Documenting project deliverables.
