Top MUST Have Skills

 should have at least 1 deep technical experience in addition to Genesys expertise, something like (not limited to):

  • a coding language like java, C , python, Perl, etc – even HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • RDBMS knowledge and SQL, PL/SQL, NOSQL
  • Automated test tools or frameworks – winrunner, cucumber, selenium
  • Devops tools and deployment pipelines – Jenkins, udeploy, ansible, chef, docker, Kubernetes
