Location: CSE - 6001 Village Blvd West Palm Beach - Onsite
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Onsite: 2-3 days per week / Onsite Day 1

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to spearhead custom Salesforce applications and integrations with legacy applications. With 6 years of hands-on experience and a passion for innovative solutions, you will lead a team of developers and testers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of custom Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Leading experience & Certs a must!
- 6 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Salesforce integrations.
- Mastery of Apex, LWCs, Flows, and other key Salesforce development technologies.
- Experience with various integration tools and API development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both onsite and offshore.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- At least two relevant Salesforce certifications (PDII, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Integration Architect).
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
