Job Title : Microsoft Power Apps Tech Lead
Location : 100% Remote
Duration : Long Term Contract
Copilot Studio Hands on Experience Is Mandatory
Significant Experience as Power Virtual Agents as Well.
The Copilot Experience Is Limited and Mostly Dated in Addition to Low Awareness of The Current Set of Tools and Features Supporting Copilot and AI In Azure.
Responsibilities :
Design and Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors.
Development : Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions, including workflows and automations using Power Automate.
Integration : Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
Customization : Customize Power Platform components to meet specific business needs.
Team Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and Power Platform specialists.
Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Documentation : Create technical design documents and contribute to the evolution of the system's architecture and technology.
Required Skills :
Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its components (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages).
Development Experience : Proven experience in developing solutions using Power Pages, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
Programming Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
Microsoft Technologies : Experience with other Microsoft technologies such asDynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure.
Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Leadership : Ability to handle a team of developers and provide mentorship.
