Duties and Responsibilities:

- Adapts readily to change and lead by example
- Assists members through video and over the phone in a courteous and professional manner
- Presents a positive image of the credit union through a professional appearance and courteous attitude
- Maintains consistent and effective communication with members
- Actively educates, refers, and cross-sells credit union products and services through video and phone interactions
- Turns member questions into opportunities by listening for immediate and hidden needs, educating the member on the products and services that can add value to their financial life
- Completes new account and existing maintenance accurately, following policies and procedures
- Completes all new account and existing account maintenance follow-up accurately and in a timely manner
- Opens and maintains fiduciary accounts, IRA accounts, and process IRA related transactions, e.g. distributions, contributions, rollovers, required minimum distributions
- Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of department procedures and audit requirements
- Makes corrections and refunds on accounts when necessary
- Cultivates relationships with department and branch personnel to develop a team atmosphere
- Maintains a knowledge base and willingness to provide back-up support as needed can perform basic Senior Contact Center Consultant functions
- Maintains confidentiality in all credit union and member matters, adhering to compliance and regulation standards
Qualifications
Qualifications and Education:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Salary : $20 - $30
