Quality Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Quality Project Associate to join our growing organization of talented team members.

The Quality Project Associate is responsible for overseeing special projects and providing administrative support to projects relating to Quality operations. The Quality Project Associate will also perform data analysis on Quality related metrics to help drive continuous improvement.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related Quality experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, skills, and related industry experience. Candidates must be computer literate and have basic proficiencies with ERP systems and MS applications. Excellent attendance and dependability are needed for this position and candidates must be willing to work flexible hours as deemed necessary by business needs. 

This is a full-time, entry level hourly on-site position based out of our Fort Myers, FL, Corporate HQ. The pay rate will be based upon experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate cross functionally as needed to perform essential duties with respect and professionalism. 
• Daily case review for DMR accuracy and completeness. Report issues to Tech Support for corrections. 
• Daily classification (Topics within cases). 
• Oversee nonconformance process. 
• Fill in for absence of QC associates. 
• Perform bin checks. 
• Oversee the Quarantine area. 
• Assist the Quality Manager to ensure quality of products are uncompromised. 
• Assist in root case of quality issues using data. 
• Manage the calibration process. 
• Assist with the CAPA process. 
• Assist with the DMR process. 
• Assist in record review. 
• Assist with the DHR files. 
• Manage Deviation process.  
• Maintain Company and OSHA Safety guidelines as applicable to the position. 
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas. 
• Follow company safety policies and participate in Safety Training as required. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must abide by, support, and drive Company Safety Policies and Quality Standards. 
• Must have adequate proficiencies with MS/office.com applications.  
• Must have experience using ERP systems/software such as Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, or similar, or be ready, willing, and able to learn in a reasonable timeframe. 
• Must be extremely detail oriented and have meticulous data entry skills.  
• Must have manual dexterity and have good physical condition and strength, with good balance to safely perform quality job duties in warehouse and production / manufacturing environments. 
• Must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. 
• Must have flexibility with work schedule (i.e., have a willingness to work overtime, arrive early, and/or stay late according to business / project needs). 
• Must have MS office application (office.com) skills and experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). 
• Must be dependable with an excellent attendance record.  
• Must speak, read, and write English and have excellent communication skills. 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
