- Multi-channel outreach – Engage decision-makers through social selling, digital engagement, and personalized outbound strategies.
- Work closely with sales & marketing – Partner with Global Account Managers to align on account strategy and execution.
- Data-driven decision-making – Keep CRM data clean and actionable so leadership can see what’s working.
- 2 – 5 years experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Track record of success – You’ve consistently hit (or smashed) your sales metrics and quota.
- Experience researching & account planning – You know how to dig into an account, find the key players, and create a prospecting strategy.
- Strong communicator & relationship builder – You know how to get in front of the right people and make them care.
- Confident working with enterprise customers – You’re comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
