Minimum qualifications:
- Leadership experience in sales, with a focus on team development and performance.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow sales teams of various backgrounds and experience levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using sales software and analytics tools to track performance.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key business partners.
