What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brook Lane - Nurse Manager Inpatient Hospital - Part Time position at Meritus Health?
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer assumes responsibility of nursing services for the delivery of a quality, comprehensive and collaborative nursing care with the Inpatient, PHPs, and ECT areas. Functions as a nurse leader managing staff to assure safe, competent and professional care through consultation, support, training and supervision. Identification of areas of improvement will be made with the Inpatient Director. Expected outcomes include improved nurse staffing coverage, satisfactory quality metrics scores, and satisfactory Joint Commission performance.
Education – BSN degree required
Experience – 2 years of experience in an RN supervisory role. 5 years of experience as an RN in a psychiatric inpatient facility.
Licensure/Certification – Current Maryland Licensure RN or eligible multistate compact license
