What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brooklane Residential Care Associate position at Meritus Health?
The Residential Care Associate will function as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team in the residential program.
Education – Must be at least 21 years of age. High school degree or GED required; Associate or Bachelors’ Degree in psychology, social work, human services, childcare or a related field preferred.
Experience – Experience in working with adolescents in a residential care setting preferred.
Licensure/Certification – -Must complete criminal background check, physical and drug screen prior to employment. Must be able to complete a non-violent crisis prevention program training after employment. Must have driver’s license in the state of residence. 40 hours Residential training on topics related to COMAR regulations
