As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping and amplifying Meritus Health’s brand, reputation, and community presence. Under the guidance of the Corporate Communications Director, you’ll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, support referral growth, plan engaging events, and enhance community outreach to connect with our audiences in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: At least 3 years of marketing and/or communications experience (healthcare experience preferred).

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing and public relations campaigns to enhance Meritus Health’s visibility.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, print materials, and social media.
- Support community outreach initiatives, events, and sponsorships.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support referral growth and patient engagement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: At least 3 years of marketing and/or communications experience (healthcare experience preferred).
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience navigating a complex corporate environment with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital marketing tools, and web-based platforms.
