What You’ll Do
Lead with Confidence : Oversee clinical staff scheduling, training, and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
Drive Quality & Compliance : Ensure adherence to state and regulatory standards, participate in audits, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.
Be a Trusted Liaison : Serve as a key link between clinical staff and providers, facilitating seamless communication and teamwork.
Enhance Patient Care : Maintain nursing excellence by providing clinical expertise, guidance, and innovation in surgical procedures.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Education : BSN required (MSN preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a surgical setting, with leadership experience preferred.
Licensure & Certifications :
Active RN license in Maryland (or Compact State License with Multi-State Privilege).
BLS (CPR) required, plus ACLS and PALS in compliance with policy.
Key Skills :
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism.
