What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Experience Liaison position at Meritus Medical Center Inc?
The Patient Experience Liaison works with patients, families, and visitors to address concerns or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment. The Patient Experience Liaison works directly with various members of the healthcare team, hospital departments and administration to solve problems that patients, families and visitors may have with the goal of facilitating a positive experience during their time within the hospital. The Patient Experience Liaison acts as an intermediary between hospital departments and the patients, families and visitors to bring the most effective healthcare treatment and positive inpatient hospital experience.
Education – High School Diploma or the equivalent required.
Experience – Previous experience in patient-centered care area preferred.
Licensure/Certification – N/A
