Drive daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer service.
Analyze costs and drive operational efficiency through financial planning and budgeting.
Engage direct reports through ongoing support, coaching, and feedback, leading by example and promoting a positive work culture.
Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, local, and scratch ingredients, supporting purchasing processes.
Manage high-end catering services, including booking, planning, and execution.
Maintain a healthy and inclusive work environment, upholding HACCP standards and effective client relationships.
We seek candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience
- 5 years in Contract Food Service Operation, High-End Catering Management, Campus Dining, and Executive Chef roles
- Participative management style and excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Account and project management skills
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred
- Able to apply current food trends and knowledge of sustainable practices
