Responsibilities
- Set up tables, linens, chairs, and serving stations for full-service banquet events to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Greet and welcome guests, and respond to specific requests in a courteous manner to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Serve and replenish beverages and foods in the designated order, and quickly remove dishes and utensils at the end of each course, meal, or function.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service; maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
