As the Director of Culinary Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production program and special events at our private college-preparatory school near Plymouth, New Hampshire.

- You will support account activities to ensure smooth operations and reflect our company's brand values.
- You will contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to achieve operating and financial goals.
- You will lead by example, engaging and developing direct reports and team members through ongoing support, coaching, and feedback.
- You will oversee teams in preparing meals while embracing fresh, local, and scratch ingredients; support menu development, purchasing, and production.
- You will support high-end catering, including booking, planning, execution, and communication.
- You will foster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests; maintain effective client and customer-centric relationships.
- You will maintain HACCP standards and a healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
- You will support personnel-related functions, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, growth and development of team members, and performance monitoring.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor's Degree or ten years of related experience.
- 5 Years' experience in Contract Food Service Operation, High-End, and Volume Catering Management is required.
- A participative management style and excellent leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Account and Project Management Skills.
- Knowledge of food safety (HACCP), sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.
- The ability to work in a collaborative team environment while fostering strong client and customer relationships.
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is preferred.
- The application and promotion of current food trends.
- Proficiency and growing knowledge of sustainable practices.
