Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and results-driven Cosmetic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering expert product knowledge, and helping customers find beauty and skincare solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product selection and recommendations
Demonstrate and explain the use of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products
Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and beauty trends
Achieve sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and excellent service
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Assist in inventory management and restocking displays
Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred (cosmetic or beauty industry a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup products
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
