With a focus on customer satisfaction, average repair orders, and shop profitability, your mission will be to consistently implement protocols that elevate our service to new levels. By providing superior customer service, you will ensure the highest level of satisfaction and repeat business. Your specific projects and roles will encompass a wide range of responsibilities. From overseeing the hiring and training of the shop team to maintaining accurate records of sales and financial information, you will be instrumental in driving our success. Additionally, you will monitor inventory to ensure the availability of required vehicle parts and ensure that our service staff complies with all environmental laws and regulations. A key aspect of your role will involve overseeing the procurement of parts, equipment, and various other items as needed. You will also assign and schedule work duties for all staff members, managing bays and driving shop production. As a skilled manager, you will supervise the activities of automotive service technicians, ensuring efficient job performance and timely repairs. In addition to these responsibilities, you will generate estimates, sell complete repairs, and be an expert in our "No Credit Financing" option.
