Merlin's Complete Auto Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our passionate team at our Batavia, IL location.
GREAT PAY
This position will make a base annual salary of $55,000 - $80,000 plus bonuses and profit sharing which will come out to $100,000 per year. You'll have uncapped earning potential!

YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER
This position will work 5 days per week. We're closed on Sundays.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients' problems and effectively communicate their needs to our dedicated staff. By leveraging your exceptional customer service skills, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction through timely and satisfactory service delivery. You will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments, processing orders, and monitoring delivery to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling any customer complaints that may arise, utilizing your problem-solving abilities and empathetic approach to address their concerns promptly and effectively. By maintaining open lines of communication with both customers and staff, you will contribute to the overall success of our service department and uphold our commitment to excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive repair estimating and labor time catalog experience
- Customer service experience
- Retail sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- High energy level and good work ethic
