Job Summary : Are you ready to work with world-famous wax figures and contribute to bringing the magic to life? As part of our Studio Team, you'll play a key role in maintaining our wax figures, ensuring their perfection through repairs, styling, painting, and costume upkeep. You’ll also be a brand ambassador, helping create unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform wax figure maintenance to Madame Tussauds’ world-class standards , meeting key quality targets and deadlines.
- Repair and restore figures, from sculptural wax work to oil & acrylic painting , hair styling , and costume care .
- Assess, repair, or replace damaged figures, ensuring all work follows MT protocols.
- Relocate, position, and style figures to ensure they shine with the best lighting and styling .
- Assist with offsite PR events , ensuring figures are on-brand and up to our high standards.
- Adhere to Health & Safety protocols and maintain a clean studio environment .
- Engage with guests and represent the studio when needed, helping create amazing experiences.
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic team while also being self-driven to manage individual tasks.
