Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key stakeholder to work with system engineers and developers across programs to ensure cybersecurity processes and deliverables are met
- Implement processes and tools to secure organizational assets and data
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis to identify and remediate security threats
- Automate and standardize controls and processes to reduce overhead on IT, DevOps, and software teams
- Prepare Merlin for classified processing by establishing information systems and applicable controls.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years experience securing information systems from development to enterprise
- Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, and automation fundamentals, including Ansible, Python, and Powershell
- Good understanding of network security including firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and tools for application security (static/dynamic code analysis).
- DevSecOps background with experience in AWS/Azure
- Have referenced 800-53 to secure information systems for IATT/ATO
- Experience contributing to system architecture design and development especially in avionics
- DoD Clearance
