We are seeking Bartenders to join our team and provide exceptional service in a casual dining environment. This is the new location for Mermaids Restaurant, we have been in business since 2001.
Responsibilities
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and attentiveness
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the drink menu with detailed descriptions of wines, cocktails, & beer
- Function in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets high standards
- Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with server staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining bartender service is required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairing & popular cocktails
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high service standards
