Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure patient care excellence.
- Serve as a liaison between physicians, anesthesia providers, and departments.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and accrediting bodies.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts and pricing.
- Monitor financial performance and implement improvements.
Personnel & Clinical Services
- Conduct staff meetings and oversee recruitment and training.
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for surgical programs.
- Oversee clinical departments and contracted services.
- Maintain surgical equipment and identify new service opportunities.
Quality Improvement & Medical Staff Relations
- Implement continuous quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
- Manage credentialing and collaborate with the Medical Director.
- Foster positive relationships with physicians and staff.
Administrative Duties & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Active RN license with at least three years of ASC management experience.
