Requirements:
- MSW or related Master's degree required.
- 4 years of experience working with children and families.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Foster Care Program and supervising implementation staff.
- Ensure program operations align with the Agency’s mission and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of the Foster Care Team.
- Collaborate with counties to maintain service quality and strong partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with NYS Office of Children and Families and accreditation standards.
- Foster a safe, risk-managed environment for youth, families, and staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
