LOCATION: 29 minutes drive from Albany, NY
Available Schedules:
- Wed-Sat 8:00 am-6:00 pm
- Wed-Sat 1:30 pm-11:30 pm
- Sun-Wed 1:30 pm-11:30 pm
Requirements:
- Minimum Associates' degree required. Experience of 3 years in lieu of degree may be considered.
- 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience working in a residential treatment setting.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Oversees campus staffing including directing and assigning work and ensuring ratios are met.
- Monitors campus for safety and security including but not limited to staff and building checks, hourly checks within each living unit, and addresses any security breaches.
- Identifies and communicates areas of risk including but not limited to transition of youth, ratios, restraints, safety plans and injuries.
- Assists with coordinating and conducting searches for out of program youth.
- Responds to any medical concerns for youth on campus.
- Partners with transportation staff to coordinate and/or provide transportation for off-campus trips and appointments as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $66,000.00 per year
