Director of Nursing SNF
Salary 90-110K plus generous relocation package
Join a 60 plus bed skilled nursing facility and 12 bed assisted living that is part of a group of Senior Living facilities which spans three states.
Position Focus DON SNF
- Leads 40-50 nursing employees with the support of an ADON and an MDS Nurse.
- Responsible for patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards, policies and procedures, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Oversight of budget, resource development, process improvement, employee engagement, and team building.
- Reports directly to the facility Administrator who is a supportive leader and mentor that empowers his employees.

Requirements for DON SNF
- RN degree
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter.
- Good Oral and Written Communication abilities.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
